test(storage): expand db.go coverage (ask 14)
Add negative and edge-case tests for CreateSchema, ResetRecords,
LoadRecords, and ImportFromDir: closed DB, canceled context, missing
schema, invalid stats path, skipped parse lines, ordering/fields.
