refactor(cli): split run* handlers into files (ask 24)
Move runImport, runQuery, runReportFromFiles, runDaemon,
runCreateClientKey, and runTests into dedicated cmd_*.go files.
Keep Execute routing in cli.go. defaultListenFromEnv stays with daemon.
