+It's about being happy now and not about how happy you will be once you reach a weight goal.

+Exercise persistently is a crucial factor in maintaining your weight.

+Put some kick-ass new music to get you pumped.

+Being healthy is now average. So you will be a particular case which denies a drink.

+Half-ass Habits Count. Make the highs higher and the lows about higher too. The all-or-nothing strategy only works in the short run when you are too hard on yourself.
