Fix broken links in gemtext content
- Replace non-existent 2022-04-22-programming-golang.gmi link with
existing Fyne Android app post (Go-related) in gemtexter 2.0.0 post
- Change DRAFT part 8b links from .html to .gmi for Gemini compatibility
